Q: How do I find my order history?  

A: Go to your account page and click on orders. 

Q: What do I do if my order came damaged?

A: If you receive a product with an apparent defect or damage, we kindly request that you promptly inform us via our email support@aliceandtiwa.com within a maximum of 48 hours from the delivery date.

Q: Do you do Refund/Returns? 

A: Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds at this time. However, for our Nigerian customers, we offer exchanges in the form of store vouchers.

Q: How do I initiate an exchange?

A: You can initiate an exchange by emailing us at support@aliceandtiwa.com

Exchange Requirements:

You have 10 days from the purchase date to initiate an exchange.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. We will inspect the item upon return.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the item. This cost will be deducted from the exchange gift voucher you receive.

Q: How long does the exchange process take?

A: Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will issue you an exchange voucher via email. The entire process can take up to 21 days from shipment.
